About

Who We Are

Estates and Infrastructure Exchange (EIX) is a regulated global platform transforming how infrastructure projects are financed, structured, and traded. We bridge the $64 trillion infrastructure funding gap by offering institutional-grade investment opportunities while ensuring faster, more secure financing solutions for project owners.

By leveraging Private Placement Bonds, Repayment Bond Guarantees (RBGs), and a liquid secondary market (Aquis-EIX), we create a new asset class—one that combines the stability of infrastructure with the liquidity of fixed-income markets.

Our mission is simple:

  • Unlock liquidity in infrastructure debt markets
  • Enable institutional investment in high-quality projects
  • Reduce risk & enhance credit ratings for infrastructure finance

Aquis-EIX Market

EIX have partnered with Aquis Exchange PLC, who are Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (firm reference number 595785) to provide the required regulatory cover for a new bond trading venue, Aquis-EIX. This marketplace will enable professional investors to buy or sell existing Project Bonds using market-established prices set through regular auctions.

The trading venue serves a dual-purpose. It provides an efficient market for investment firms to exit Project Bonds, thus de-risking investment in new issuances. It also provides a pool of established infrastructure Project Bonds into which investment firms can take direct positions and build a diversified portfolio.
