EIA specialises in Project Finance, which is the long-term financing of infrastructure and industrial projects using contracted cash flows. Our team have experience in establishing Project Finance structures across a range of geographies and sectors.

Debt

Our team arranges project debt of all kinds including senior, mezzanine and bridge loans. The debt is structured as a Project Bond for placement to be secured and listed through the EIX Primary Market.

Equity

Our team has significant experience raising equity for infrastructure and industrial projects. This has included seed equity, reference plant/site equity as well as large scale equity raises to enable debt finance.
